These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) govern the relationship between the Vum VPN service (the “Service”, “we”) and the person using it (the “User”, “you”).
By using the Service you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted these Terms.
1. General provisions
1.1. Vum VPN gives the User access to configurations, secure tunnelling tools and utilities for establishing a protected connection. We do not provide internet access services and do not transmit data on the User's behalf.
1.2. The Service may be used by adults, and by persons under 18 with the consent of a parent or other legal guardian.
1.3. Installing, signing up or paying for the Service constitutes full acceptance of these Terms.
2. Account and access
2.1. To use the Service the User may create an account or receive one automatically through a payment.
2.2. The User is responsible for keeping their keys, tokens, configurations and access data safe.
2.3. Vum VPN is not liable for third-party access to an account resulting from the User's own actions.
3. Scope of the service
3.1. The Service provides access to connection configurations, tunnelling tools, a settings panel, updates and technical features.
3.2. Specific functionality may vary by plan or region.
3.3. The Service is provided “as is”. We aim for stable operation but do not guarantee uninterrupted service, absolute availability or compatibility with every device.
4. User restrictions and responsibilities
The User agrees not to use the Service:
- for activities that violate the laws of their country or international rules;
- to send spam or malware, to run DDoS attacks or other harmful activity;
- to gain unauthorised access to third-party systems;
- for any activity that violates the rights of others or the rules of online platforms.
Vum VPN reserves the right to restrict or terminate access if the User breaches these Terms.
5. Payments and subscriptions
5.1. Access to features may be charged according to the current pricing.
5.2. All payments are handled by third-party payment providers. Vum VPN does not store bank card data.
5.3. Services are provided at the moment of payment or under the terms of the subscription.
5.4. Where auto-renewal applies, the charge is made before the end of the current period.
5.5. Cancelling a subscription stops further charges but does not refund the period already used.
6. Refunds
6.1. A refund is possible if the service was not delivered through the fault of Vum VPN; if the User has no technical way to use the Service; or if the request is submitted within a limited period (for example, 7 days).
6.2. We may decline a refund if the service has already been used; if access to configurations was received and activated; or if the problem stems from the User's own device settings.
6.3. Every refund decision is made individually.
7. Privacy and data
7.1. Vum VPN collects the minimum information needed to run an account and process payments.
7.2. We do not collect or store traffic history, connection contents, DNS queries, routing data or session timestamps.

8. Limitation of liability
8.1. The Service is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
8.2. Vum VPN is not liable for the User's internet connection failures, third-party interference, the actions of payment providers, or problems caused by the User's device or software.
8.3. The Service's maximum liability may not exceed the amount of the last period paid for.
9. Changes to these Terms
9.1. Vum VPN may update these Terms at any time.
